Flour is another example where typical "open-bag-measure" does not work; the flour must be dried in the oven first. There are also some hints and tips about availability and use of local foods. Recipes are varied from Bean Burrito's to Swedish Chicken Pot Soup and Norwegian Christmas Bread.
