Accompanied by a wonderful personal and amusing note from Len Deighton. David Green had written to Len Deighton a couple of times to try to get his bookplates signed for his father. Len Deighton duly signed the bookplates, and returned them along with the letter, and this paperback first edition copy of MAMista as a gift, to David Green.
