Call directly or email for more information, shipping costs or pictures. To initiate returns, the buyer should contact the seller. Returns are accepted for the following reasons: item did not arrive - your order has not arrived to you by 14 days past the estimated delivery date, item was damaged - the book was damaged in transit. item not as described - the book you receive is different from the description listed on the Biblio Web site. If the bookseller disagrees with your assessment, the return will be completed, but you will not be refunded return shipping. incorrect item delivered - the book you ordered is completely different from the one you received. For example, if you ordered "Gone with the Wind", but received "The Wind in the Willows", buyer does not want item - the book arrives and you decide you do not want it. The cost of the book will be refunded, but not the shipping cost.
