United Kingdom: John Crowther. Very Good in Fair dust jacket. 1946. First Edition. Hardcover. A very good 1st edition hardcover in a fair unclipped dustwrapper. The book is in clean blue boards with silver mermaid motif bumped/rubbed to the spine ends/corners, internally a tiny booksellers plate on the front endpaper otherwise without writing or stamps, unmarked tanned pages tanned and slightly foxed to the text-block edges. The aged/foxed dustwrapper is creased/rubbed to the edges with several closed tears and mends to flap fold and spine - supplied in a new removable archival sleeve. Carefully packaged and posted within 48 hours from our wee bookshop in Scotland. .
