Istanbul: Emel. No date. Ca. 1958.. Color map of Istanbul 14 x 19 ½ inches on sheet size 19 ½ x 26 ½ inches, which also contains sepia photos of the city and several advertisements. Adjacent to the map is a rectangular map of the Bosphorus 14 x 2 ¾ inches. Text is in French and English. Map is in good clean condition, with an addressed paper band on covers, with stamps, used to mail the map; it could readily be removed. Map depicts the Sea of Marmara, the Golden Horn, and the Bosphorus. Numerous pictorial images identify locales of interest. These include the Seraglio Palace, the Aquaduct of Valence, numerous consulates, Beyazit Square etc. .
