London: John Thomson & Co., 1817. VG, original hand color, minimal offsetting. A very nice image from Thomson's 'New General Atlas'. The USA, at this time, is just indicated as a band across the eastern seaboard. The map is dated 1815, but is from the 1817 atlas. Includes both polar circles. These are on heavy paper. The circular map image measures 19.5 inches in diameter..
