Leaves a little cockled and darkly stained at the fore-edge margin; some minor marginal damage from leaves having been stuck together, affecting no printing; the fragile binding in very nice condition. . Oblong large 8vo,. Illustrated throughout from photographs and drawings. . Ring Lardner was the co-compiler and contributed a foreword; his second book after the script Zanzibar (1903). "This book is in every sense a souvenir of the occasion, and under no conditions for sale."
