Vallejo, CA: Citizens' Committe, Vallejo, CA. Good. 1916. 1st Edition; 1st Printing. Paperback. B&W Illustrations; This is a slightly larger than trade sized paperback book with cardstock covers and side stapled spines. The book covers have noticeable toning / foxing and some water marking. The front spine joint is detatched. The text pages are clean and bright, with the exception of the title page and the first three or so pages -- which each have lessening amounts of water spotting / foxing - with the most noticeable on the title page, by the spine joint and the top edge. There are several maps included, all of which are in clean, bright condition. There is only one copy of this item listed in OCLC.
