Cloth binding has tears at top and bottom of spine. Hinges are weak but holding. Soil from use as well as foxing to end papers and text. FFEP missing as well as several tears to pages with a hole at page 65/66. FO names to front pastedown and title page. Digital photos available. ; Eclectic Educational Series; 12mo 7" - 7½" tall; 96 pages .
