HATFIELD BOOKS AND MEMORABILIA, a FIVE STAR SELLER, presents No. 246 of 300 Limited First American Signed Edition of ROBERT PENN WARREN'S 27th published work, MEET ME IN THE GREEN GLEN. This 5 13/16" x 8 1/2", 376 page hardcover is encased in clear plastic and fits easily into its original brown board slipcase. Overall, the book is FINE: top edges stained auburn, outer edges have light foxing, cover = 1/4 brown cloth over patterned ivory boards, with author's signature in gold gilt on front, particulars in gold gilt on spine. Original slipcase is VERY GOOD: Entire, with separated fold on bottom and small amount of chipping. Printed statement of Limited authenticity on first fep, along with No. 246 and author's signature. A definite COLLECTOR'S ITEM.
