Oakland: the Foundation, 1980. Single sheet, two-fold six-panel brochure advertising the foundation and its work. The 15 year old Melvin Black was shot by the Oakland police, bringing a wide-ranging condemnation of the department and its treatment of blacks. The Foundation established scholarships and worked on other human rights issues.
