Volume I contains, a selection of articles including Newcastle trade and Durham Cathedral and Volume II by Charles Henry Hartshorne features Military subjects including Alnwick and Warkworth Castles, 252pp + engraved illustrations and 2pp. catalogue for Bell & Dalby + 312pp + clvipp. Appendix engraved illustration throughout.
