CB6 - A tight, clean, sound copy in light blue paper covered boards quarter bound in darker blue cloth with gold lettering and graphics on the spine with minor overall shelf wear plus there is some fading aling the top and bottom board edges plus there is tape staining on the front and back boards from where the dust jacket was taped to the boards plus there are the usual library stamps, label, and pocket on the top outside paper edges, half title page, and title page. the dust jacket shows very minor overall shelf wear plus it is still in the original library mylar sleeve. The author is a winner of the Nobel Prize for Literature. A novel about the efforts by a mysterious woman's literary executor to put her papers in order after her death. It is basically about an unforgettable character and the evocation of the crazy splendor of her old age. By the author of "Flaws in the Glass" and "The Tyborn Affair." 192p.. First American Edition. Hard Cover. Good/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Ex-Library.
