A handsome edition of the Memoirs of poet, novelist, and actress Mary Robinson (1758-1800), famously known as "Perdita" for her role in The Winter's Tale. She was also famously known for the lavish and scandalous life style she and her husband led, which landed them in debtors' prison, among other places.
