Written as a series of memos to an imaginary president of the principles and policy issues that should be understood before macroeconomic policy judgments are made. Black cloth binding with silver titles on spine. Minor shelf wear and a little bumping of corners, former owner's bookplate "Billie Dennis Hill" on front free end paper, interior pages bright and clean, binding tight. Black dust jacket with red, white and blue titles shows minor shelf wear, a little scuffing.
