Toronto: Macmillan Of Canada, 1974/1982. Hardcover. 8vo. Bound in teal and blue cloth with gilt lettering to spine. Many black and white maps, photographic reproductions and illustrations. Ink name to front free endpapers otherwise, contents remain clean and unmarked with tight, sound binding. Overall, very good+ in very good rubbed dustjackets with occasional chips and tears along edges (Dustjackets now housed in BroDart protective mylar). Overall, very good+.
