Very minor foxing on front (title) page; light pencil note at top inner corner of title page; light pencil name on 2nd leaf (p.3) [unclear, probably 'Gnl'] Bradley [likely copy belonging to 1st Vermont US Senator, Stephen Row Bradley]; small ink stained area at top + fore edge at fore corner, does not affect page; all interior pages and final page very clean, bright. Message addressed to the Senate of the United States, 11th Congress, 2nd Session. Per Yale ID# 1480365: Shaw & Shoemaker, 21743. Report consists of accounts for the period 4 June 1805 to 31 December 1809, and the particular account of Tobias Lear, consul general at Algiers. Cf, OCLC #228704877; Greely Pub Docs, p. 525.
