The first privately printed edition -- second edition after the first government printing. Uncannily clean and pristine, practically as white as the day it was published except for the outer wrappers. Folding map (titled "The Boundary Lines between the Provinces of Maryland & Pennsylvania Including the three lower counties of Newcastle, Kent & Sussex forming now the State of Delaware....") shows the slightest bit of even age toning.
