Bound in the publisher's flexible brown leatherette post binder with gold title stamped on front cover. Includes title page key-map and an index page identifying plats, place names, schools, and donation land claims. Dampstain along the bottom edge of the front cover's silk paste-down, with some resultant color bleed on the title page. Some pages edge-frayed. A handful of pages have properties neatly shaded in with colored pencil by previous owner. Some light soiling and pencil notations. Covers show a bit of general wear. 49 leaves. 14'' x 19''.
