The Stockton Deep Water Channel shows on the making it post 1933, but no development shown in Stockton north of the Calaveras River. In very good condition. Hung on the wall of a dark room away from sunlght.

Tacoma, Seattle, Portland, San Francisco: Chas. F. Metsker, 1942. Hardcover. Good. Oblong atlas folio. 47 cyanotype blueprint plat maps, dated March 1942. Scale 2 inches = 1 mile. Bound in the publisher's flexible brown leatherette post binder with gold title stamped on front cover. Includes title page key-map and an index page identifying plats, place names, schools, and donation land claims. Dampstain along the bottom edge of the front cover's silk paste-down, with some resultant color bleed on the title page. Some pages edge-frayed. A handful of pages have properties neatly shaded in with colored pencil by previous owner. Some light soiling and pencil notations. Covers show a bit of general wear. 49 leaves. 14'' x 19''. Four copies noted on OCLC.
