Ariel Books. Very Good in Good dust jacket. 1953. Early Printing. Hardcover. Yellow cloth and boards. The drawings were drawn directly on stone by Ward and the book was lithographed in four colors. Signed, without inscription, by McNeer and Ward to the blank opposite the title. An early printing without any statement of printing. Bumps to the spine ends, minor wear to the corners. The dust jacket is quite worn with many chips and tears. A 2" piece missing from the upper spine, affecting the title. Soiling and some staining. Original price of $3.95 to the front flap. ; Small 4to 9" - 11" tall; 96 pages; Signed by Author .
