N otthingham: Printed for the author, 1886. 5th Edition . Good Plus. 5.5 x 7.75 inches (14 x 20 cm). Blue cloth binding with gilt lettering, gilt and blind decoration, bevelled board edges. Marking to boards, wear to corners, rubbing to head/foot of spine, small hole to rear edge of spine. Good solid binding, decorated endpapers with no splitting. Tanning to title page and last page of text. Spotting to first few pages, last page of preface has 1 inch tear to outside margin (does not affect text.) Marking to a few pages but text is generally very clean. Illustrated with woodcuts within the text and several maps in black and red. A good solid example. Overall condition is Good Plus. Size: 5.5 x 7.75 inches (14 x 20 cm). Hardback. Printed pages: xvi, 512
