Massive monograph published in connection with a traveling show that started in New York at the Whitney and ran June 21 through September 23, 2001 and then went to Montreal and Chicago for additional dates. Essays by Werner Oechslin, Vivian Endicott Barnett, Cammie McAtee, Phyllis Lambert, Detlef Mertins, Sarah Whiting, K. Michael Hays, Peter Eisenman, and Rem Koolhaas. Photographs by Guido Guidi and Richard Pare. Includes a total of 630 illustrations with 118 of them in color. A clean near fine copy in French style wrappers with a crease to the rear flap, some other minor wear, and with the insert present and some other laid in related ephemera. Very heavy and will require extra shipping.
