The publisher described this as "probably the most comprehensive and one of the best books ever written concerning the intermediate phase of military cyrptanalytics. "

Owner name, front paste down of volume I, front paste down and FFE on volume II. Hinges weak and binding barely attached to textblock. Brown buckram covers heavily rubbed and also with 'Confidential' stamp blacked out. The saving grace for this set is that the text is clean rendering the work useful for scholarship purposes.
