Very Good/No Dust jacket. 14 charming miniature books each featuring a different bird (and with text written in the "voice" of that perticular bird). Each book measures 2 3/4" x 2 1/8", saddle-stitched with a single staple, and is 12 pages with a cardstock cover. Attractive color cover illustration, color centerfold and 3-4 other color images. Book titles are: Baltimore Oriole; Flicker; Catbird; Scarlet Tanager; Ruby Throated Hummingbird; Robin; Barn Swallow; House Wren; Downy Woodpecker (thisbook shows a corner damp stain to the corner of the final six pages and the back cover); Red-Winged Blackbird; Blue Jay; White-Breasted Nuthatch (this book some blue ink spotting/smears to front cover. Possibly a printing quirk); Cardinal; Chickadee. Great for the collector of miniature books or bird enthusiasts. These books are quite delicate it it's remarkable they have survived in such excellent contition./ The books are all bright and clean (with the two exceptions detailed above). Each shows (light) age-toning and one or two showed short nicks/tears which have been closed with archival adhesive. Inventory No: 022804. .
