Chicago: Albert Whitman & Co, 1941. First edition, 8vo, pp. xxi, [1], 231, [3]; illustrated throughout, map endpapers, 4 maps in the text; back hinge starting, near fine copy in original green cloth, dust jacket with a couple closed tears and with some tape removal on the front flap leaving a scar, but still very good. Whence Bob Dylan, and published the very year he was born in Duluth. The introduction is by Margaret Culkin Banning.
