Octavo (23.5cm); decorative paper-covered boards and patterned cloth backstrip, with title label mounted to spine; publisher's original acetate dustjacket and brown paper-covered slipcase; [14],15-87,[5]pp, with 12 plates of featuring stills from the stage production. Fine in a Fine dustjacket and slipcase. Oates's play, "first presented by the New Phoenix Repertory Company at the Playhouse II Theatre, 359 West 48 Street, New York City, on December 30, 1973."
