Octavo (23.5cm); decorative paper-covered boards and patterned cloth backstrip, with title label mounted to spine; publisher's original acetate dustjacket and brown paper-covered slipcase; [14],15-87,[5]pp, with 12 plates of featuring stills from the stage production. Fine in a Fine dustjacket and slipcase. Oates's play, "first presented by the New Phoenix Repertory Company at the Playhouse II Theatre, 359 West 48 Street, New York City, on December 30, 1973." Morrow and Cooney 195d.
