Ink ownership inscription inside front cover, else fine in lightly used VG jacket. Not in Watters. Bedford-Jones was born in Canada. This famous Catholic mission in Orange County, California, was founded in 1776 but eventually fell into ruins until the arrival of Father St. John O'Sullivan in 1910, who began its restoration. This book is a short account of the mission and Father O'Sullivan. .

There is a small book store stamp at the lower right corner of the front endpaper else a fin e copy. An historical accounting of the San Juan Capistrano Mission by a writer better know by his pulp work. .
