Colour-illustrated woodblock printed softcovers, w/ wraparound cover art showing audience viewing a performance from under blooming cherry trees, tied at gutter margin in Japanese style binding, w/ gold silk braid (slight shelfwear), NF copy. First edition, thus, of this beautifully illustrated and printed program for the famed annual Miyako Odori geisha dances which was held before World War II. These annual dances are one of the few opportunities for foreigners and visitors to view traditional Japanese geisha kabuki plays usually only performed in small private invitation-only gatherings.
