In this book 40 designs submitted for competition for an exhibition Organised by the Timber Development Association of Australia in 1938. Designers include: – L. G. Anderson, H. Croaker, D. C. Ward and Buchan, Laird and Buchan. This book is certainly showing age and use – please see images. Creasing to the book corners, multiple to the lower edge of the front panel and to the top edge of the rear panel. The backstrip covering is missing. Pieces are missing from the top right-hand corner of the rear panel and left hand corner of the same panel Rubs marks and stains to the book panels; and there is foxing to the panels and to the pages – worse at the beginning and at the end of the book. Previous owners details to the top right-hand corner of the free front end page. Rusting of the books that hold the book together; a previous owner has used the rear panel as a notepad for calculations. Size: Folio (over 12" tall ). 47 pages,.
