About This Item

Milwaukee: The Bruce Publishing Company, 1960. Revised edition. Hardcover. VG- (Ex-art library, with i.d. marks on book block edges and outermost pages, incl. rear pocket; otherwise light edge wear and pages are clean.). Aqua cloth, 280 pp., many BW illus., line drawings and diagrams. A 1960 revised edition of the original 1937 handbook ... so the term "modern" is obviously relative to publication time. A terrific resource for using "old" or "vintage" machinery or techniques. Note that this is an original copy of the book, and not an ebook, paperback, or print-on-demand title. As such, it is scarce.
