About This Item
Neuilly-sur-Seine, France: Gaumont, 1958. Three vintage borderless photographs showing director Jacques Tati at work on the set of the 1958 film. With the stamps of the French Film Office's New York address, as well as film information, on the verso.
The director's second of four films featuring the inimitable Monsieur Hulot. In this chapter, Hulot strays from his rather ordinary Paris neighborhood and into a modern, suburban one, where technological chaos reigns. Nominated for the Palme d'Or at Cannes, winner of the Jury Special Prize, and winner of an Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film.
7.25 x 9.5 inches. Near Fine.
Criterion Collection 111. Ebert II. Rosenbaum 1000.
