About This Item

[Philadelphia, PA]: [Eugene Upshaw], 1946. Small handbill, 4.5x6.5 inches, fold-creased, a few small stains on front side else very good condition, printed on one side only. Gives a phone number and suggests going to "The South Carolina Boy's Restaurant, 4140 Lancaster Ave." The only reference we can find suggests that the restaurant was in Philadelphia and catered to African Americans.
