New York: Mrs. Ericsson Hammond, 1924. First Edition . Hardcover. Good/Poor. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. 196pp. Green cloth, gilt lettering to cover and spine. Slight ripple to lower front cover from apparent water damage and water stain to front endpapers' fore edges, some gilt lettering worn but legible. Some check marks (mostly in pencil) to some recipes, contents a bit yellowed. Original DUST JACKET is partially darkened and missing lower half of spine and 1 inch triangle from top; original price $3.50 still present. Also includes recipes of hot and cold entrees, desserts and meringues, plus photo illustrations. Mrs. Ericsson was the owner ot The Swedish, French, American Cooking School.
