Very Good. 167 pages, Very Good condition with some light tan from aging, otherwise pages are clean, crisp, with no tears or creasing. Cover is clean with some very light shelf wear that becomes more pronounced along the length of the front and back joint of spine, there is also some very minor creasing towards the bottom end of front cover joint and along the top edge of back cover, otherwise cover is crisp with no other blemishes.
