At foot of title page is a 3.5 x 4.5 cm. label with engraving of a fortepiano, violin, and harp: "Sold at P. Hardt's Book & Music Store, York, Pa." No date of publication. George E. Blake (1775-1871) was a music publisher in Philadelphia from 1803 to 1860 or later, much of that time at the address given here, 13 S. 5th St. A monthly literary magazine, The Village Museum, was published by P.
