Little, Brown, and Company, Boston, 1932. First Edition. Second state, Oct 1932.. Near Fine Condition. DJ Good. . Harcover, w/DJ in mylar wrapper. Pictorial endpapers (second state indicator) depict natives sighting the Bounty. 396 pp. First volume in the Bounty triology. Original deep blue color present except slightly faded on spine top where DJ is missing. DJ missing a 2x2.5" rectangle at top of spine. Front hinge a bit loose on top. Note: have all three books in the Bounty Trilogy in first editions for sale (this vol., Men Against the Sea, Pitcarin's Island) and will sell as a set -- if interested contact me.
