New York: Privately Printed, 1914. Hardcover. Very good condition. Presentation copy from the author, Jan. 1, 1936. Privately printed by Frederick Fairchild Sherman and limited to 300 copies. Quarter imitation vellum and teal paper covered boards, gilt title at front board. Small 4to, 21pp with 6 full page photogravures. Deckle edged pages, printed on hand made Dutch paper. Boards sunned, dusty, rubbed and bumped at corners. Spine rubbed at top and edges. Interior clean and bright, binding tight. OCLC: 716836317 records only the Mediatheque Valais (Sion), Switzerland holding a copy.
