Philadelphia, PA: The Penn Publishing Company, 1924. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Good+. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Nat Little. See photos for condition details. Hardcover, blue cloth boards decorated on front and gilt on spine. Interior shows some soiling and spotting along with some scuffing and edge/corner bumps. The internal binding is good, no hinge issues at boards but there is some pulling at page 64/65. Pages are toned due to age with some very light foxing present. The front pastedown contains a small stamp sized label along with a date penciled below it. No other handwriting found in the book, no library markings. Found between the pages is a calling card from Mrs. William Robinson Bauersmith who was listed as one of the prominent families of Pittsburgh as well as the grandparents of the actress Jennifer Warren and Paul Warren, the Dean of Boston University School of Education.
