About This Item

Amsterdam: Feministische Uitgeverij Sara, 1982. First edition. 4to, 234 pp, photographically illustrated wraps. A beautifully designed monograph, the first devoted to the work of the great Hungarian-Dutch photographer. It includes work from all stages of her career at that point, including work shot while underground during the German occupation of the Netherlands, and her superb 1970's work as a member of the Dutch feminist group Dolle Mina. Wraps lightly rubbed at extremities, with some faint toning, else near fine.
