N T R Nothing to Report

by Leasor, James

Condition: Very Good /Very Good Minus

London: Werner Laurie. Red Boards. 224pp. A lovely copy of this second impresion with wrapper, being a noel about the war in the far east in World War II. Bound in red casing with gilt embossed lettering to the blue title blocks on the spine. Bump to the head of the spine. There are a couple of soil specks to the upper fore edges and a slight indentation to a few upper page edges with resultant slight niks to a few page margins - not particularly noticeable. Clean and tight. Dust wrapper is price clipped with some light toning to the spine of the wrapper. There is a small chip of 1 cm to the head of the front panel of the wrapper and slight chipping to the rear corner of the head of the spine of the wrapper. A few short tears with a littlle associated creasing from the wrapper edges, now expertly repaired. Light creasing to the head of the flaps of the wrapper. There is slight scattered soiling to the wrapper. Despite these faults the wrapper actually appears bright and tight. A very good copy. . Very Good. 1955. Second Impression.
