Green morocco over marbled boards with gilt rule to boards; gilt particulars and red morocco label to spine--spine is labeled incorrectly as issued by publisher: "Entomology 39, Butterflies," but this is actually Entomology 6, Honey-Bees. Marbled endpapers; top edge gilt. Hand-colored hors texte plates throughout; title page states there are 36 plates when in actuality there are 33 in all copies with the title page, frontispiece, and Latreille's Tomb. General wear to boards, and wear to hinges (see image). [2] viii, 301 pp. 4 1/2 x 6 3/4 inches.
