Title stamped in black and gilt on front cover and spine. xviii, 356. First volume in a series on needle workers and the rise of the L.L.G.W.U.and its history in the fur and millinery industries. Chip to head of jacket spine with loss. Small tears to edges, extremities. Rear cover browned. Light browning to pages. Some soiling to endpapers. Interior clean, crisp. A very good copy.
