1946. Hard Cover. (George Johnson Magical Publications Second [revised] Edition 1946). The Second Edition of the World-Famous Classic on 'The Art Of The Conjurer' originally published in 1932. Publisher's variant blue boards with gilt lettering to the front board and spine. Attractive magic-motif book-plate affixed to front pastedown. Another prior owner name and date in ink on flyleaf. Some spine discolouration and wear to cloth extremities, otherwise VG with title page vignette and an illustration, with the Errata list tipped-in onto the verso of page 12. No D/W. Widely perceived as a "great piece of magical literature" (F G Thayer).
