An uncommon cookery pamphlet, mostly on meat and fish with a few recipes for puddings. The title page gives references to the various illustrations on the frontispiece. See William Cagle, A Matter of Taste, page 648, No. 898. He states: "The back wrapper lists Church-yard Gleanings", this title not listed on the back wrapper of our copy.
