Folding map displaying the two halves of the world showing Captain Cook's voyages, numerous engraved maps including a plate with a rotating geopgraphicasl clock to help show time zones. Inner hinge visible but holding, pages browned otherwise a lovely example of a school text book from the late 18th century.

Includes both Physical & Political Geography (including Customs, Religion, Manners, and the Characters of Reigning Soverereigns). Contemporary Brown Full-Leather Binding. 232 Pages, 210g, 6 1/2" Tall. Boards detached but present. 2 small, faint brown stains on folding Map (see photos). Text block firm. No inscriptions.
