Hardcover, 832 pages, weight is 4 1/2 lbs.
It contains 4000 recipes and 1250 photos. Editorial includes complete menus, nutrition, cocktails, parties, microwave cooking, food processor cooking and crock cookery.


This copy has not been used, but there is a thumbprint on the front endpaper. The color of the spine has darkened a little, with time.
Otherwise mint condition.
