New York, New York: The New York Herald, 1865. First Edition. Newspaper--unbound. Good. Original Newspaper, complete, 16 X 22, 4 pages. A good generally clean copy printed on cheaper paper stock (likely an added 'EXTRA' print run due to the feature content concerning the Lincoln assassination), with generally moderate shelf wear primarily at the folds--paper folded at center both vertically and horizontally, with short edge tears, BUT cheap paper yellowed (actually 'browned') though still relatively supple but getting fragile. There are numerous and various creases due to the large size of the sheet.
