Carter Goodrich is an American illustrator with many New Yorker covers to his credit. He is well-established in animation, working on Finding Nemo, Shrek, Sinbad and Despicable Me, among others. He has also written and illustrated several books.

As an author, he is best known for the picture books Sylvester and the Magic Pebble, Abel's Island and Doctor DeSoto. He was also the creator of Shrek.

There was a paper insert attached to the cover; the marks you see at the spine are the remnants of that, which you can remove. There is a spot of what looks like ink transfer near the spine on the left (in which case, it's on every copy of this issue). Otherwise perfect.
Chip Kidd is an American graphic designer, best known for his book covers. He currently works for Penguin Random House.
Chris Ware is an American cartoonist known for his Acme Novelty Library series and the graphic novels Jimmy Corrigan, the Smartest Kid on Earth and Building Stories.
