U.S.A.: Arkham House Publishers, 1952. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Fair/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. This appears to be first printing (gathered sections in 8's). Sage green cloth binding with title in green on the spine. Scuffed and worn along edges and spine ends but remaining robust. Very slight forward lean to spine. Front end papers have remains of library paste-downs and library "discarded" stamps. Light damp stain to the inside of the half-title page. Further Library stamps to the bottom of the title page. Pages clean and clear, without spots. Top corner of rear end paper torn away. A not very neat, but complete and robust copy. May incur additional postage charges overseas.
