This is an excellent, smart example of this modern children's classic, currently running as a popular BBC tv series. Bound in it's original maroon boards with golg gilt lettering to the spine, the binding is tight and show no signs of wear or damage other than some very mild bumping to the spine ends. Inside, the pages are crisp and white with no flaws or damage to speak of. The book is signed by the author to the title page.
The dust jacket is in equally fine condition. It is clean and smart and other than the hint of bumping to the spine ends, it shows no signs of wear or damage at all.
Overall, this is an almost perfect example of this book, signed by Pullman and in very collectible condition. It would make the perfect gift for any lover of this series to cherish adn keep for generations to come.
